Running profile summary, It all began from 7th October 2018 Dewas Run conducted by AIM where I participated in 10km with my friends.With weight of about 93 kg I finished in good time so it gave immense pleasure and joy of social fitness.Later gradually running became part of the life as it not only provide physical but mental & social fitness too. I have finished more than 10 full marathons since than. In the 2023 itself I finished 4 out of which two are TMM & Indore Marathon with satisfactory result of 4 hours 11 minutes. Actually all this happened when I asked to rest of a month after electric shock.I have finished HDOR challenge by running 1857 km consecutively with overall 28th rank worldwide & second in MP recently. Earlier I have finished Sydney Marathon & Chicago marathon on the virtual platform as well. Appeal to join the bus. Let's run to feel togetherness and timeless moments to explore our hidden potential. Let's make running as part as well as art of healthy and positive life. Pacing strategy, Running is more a mind game to realise the same I have plan to start initial 2- 3 km at easy pace of around 7minutes per km than gradually increase as we get rid of the inertia at rest. Plan to have 2 mini breaks at 9km & at 16 km with full of conversation & laughter. 21.09 km is well manageable with easy pace of 6:15 minutes per km approximately. We will finish our run 40 second to 60 second earlier than target.
